A relaxed, three-part online wine course for curious wine lovers who want to understand, taste, and enjoy wine with confidence — without committing to weeks of formal study. COURSE DETAILS: When: Three Sunday evenings, 5:00–6:20 PM (18 January | 25 January | 1 February 2026) Where: Online via Zoom (link provided prior to the course start date) Format: Live sessions with Q&A + recordings available for 3 months ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Katya is DipWSET, certified educator and Italian Wine Scholar. She helps wine lovers gain confidence without overwhelm - relaxed, accessible teaching that makes wine education fun and enjoyable. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: Session 1: Understanding Wine (18 January) Bring your favourite wine to sip • The fascinating story of wine and its history • Old World vs New World: what it actually means • The structural elements that shape every wine • Common wine faults and how to spot them • Live Q&A Session 2: Exploring Red Wines (25 January) Tasting focus: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah • How to taste wine like a pro (without the pretension) • Proper wine serving: temperature, glassware, and storage • Key red grape varieties and their signatures • Live Q&A Session 3: White Wines, Bubbles & Pairing (1 February) Tasting focus: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling.
